We're from HBO Latin America and we have 500 users JIRA license, currently evaluation FOLIO in our Dev Environment. We would like to understand if there is any chance to setup a phone call to walk us through some items and features from the product - including participation of the SVP, Directors and Specialists from IT department and who take the decision of purchasing the product or not.

How do you directly associated a 'actual' cost against a 'planned' line item? we want to subtract actuals from each line item and cost category in order to know the remaining funds for that line item and category.
What is the relationship between the team worklogs, actuals and planned expenses.
