Wages

In Folio, the wages of a team member is the money that is paid or received on an hourly basis for work done on issues part of the portfolio's scope. The wages can be accessed directly from the Team Section under the team member details.

The effective date is the starting date on which the wage will be applied. It will end on the day before the effective date of the next wage if any defined.
The wage is the hourly amount that is charged by the member.
The availability is the percentage of regular hours that the team member will be committed to this portfolio. It is used to evaluate the overheads and compute the worked hours.

The effective date of the first wage is the effective date of the member in the portfolio.
The arrow in the wage table points at the current wage of the member. (Wage to date)

Defining Vacations

FOLIO does not have a specific way to define vacations but you can play with the availabilities of the team member's wage table to simulate them.
