FOLIO 5.2 Release Notes
Kitologic is proud to bring you FOLIO 5.2 that will enable you to:
Take overtime into account when calculating actual costs and revenues
- Conveniently show your Folio screens using the Presentation Mode
- Specify exported data formats to match your preferences
This release also includes a number of improvements and fixes.
Take overtime into account when calculating actual costs and revenues
Most organizations have some rules for adjusting the hourly rate of a person who is working more than the normal number of hours in a week. You can now define rules in FOLIO such as "Multiply rate by 1.5 for hours worked beyond a total of 40 hours in a week" and assign them to your people (Figure 1). These rules are then used when calculating actual costs and revenues whenever applicable (Figure 2). A person can be assigned one rule for costs or none at all, and different rules for calculating revenues. And you can handle exceptions too... simply click on calculated worked hours as usual to manually override both regular and overtime hours.

Conveniently show your Folio screens using the Presentation Mode
You would like to show your Folio in a meeting but are not comfortable showing some people sitting around the table all those wages and rates? You could log in with a JIRA user that has read-only access, but that might not be very practical if you intend to modify the data along the way, or your JIRA admin might not like the idea of creating users only for demo purposes. The Presentation Mode answers these concerns. Click the button located in your Folio or Portfolio screens navigation bar to activate it, instantly hiding wages. You can then navigate freely in FOLIO without worrying about disclosing wages and preserve whatever rights you have on any of your Folios.
Specify exported data formats to match your preferences
You can now specify formats for dates and numbers when you export costs, revenues and team members in CSV. This can be done globally and overridden at the Folio level.
